About

I lead the Digital Customers tribe at AXA Japan — a department responsible for delivering and operating the customer touch-points (website, customer portal, LINE, CRM, and contact-center technology) for a major Japanese insurer.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: I lead product and UX teams to ship and maintain critical applications, while staying hands-on with the technical and AI tools that make them better. I also care a lot about how we work — improving the operating model and finding ways to deliver more value with less effort. I believe in building simple, highly functional solutions, iteratively, with automation considered at every layer. I work bilingually across Japanese and English, and I'm based in Tokyo.

Leading delivery across AXA's digital customer channels, with a focus on AI adoption and continuous improvement of how my teams work — alongside a growing independent venture under the name Pax Pioneers. Increasingly, I'm focused on building things of lasting value, on my own terms.
